Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Clinical Business Manager to drive regional clinical activities, lead clinical programs, and provide strategic direction across the North Central Region. The role focuses on training excellence, quality assurance KPIs, and strong collaboration with cross-functional leaders to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare/medical devices or similar programs.
Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clinical education/training management or related roles.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and motivational leadership as the clinical business owner for national and regional organizations.
Lead clinical programs to optimize resources, drive business results, and improve patient outcomes.
Use KPIs to identify opportunities and set clinical objectives for each fiscal period.
Develop and implement strategies for annual operating plans, patient retention, training quality, and SLAs.
Oversee trainer strategy, quality, compliance, and budget efficiency at national and regional levels.
