Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Clinical Business Manager to lead regional clinical activities and drive strategic direction across the North Central Region. You will oversee patient training programs, KPI adherence, HCP education, and trainer development to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

The role partners with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to transform clinical initiatives, update workflows, and optimize resources while maintaining budget efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in medical device/healthcare program management.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years in similar roles.
• Nice-to-have clinical licensure (RN, RD, NP, PA, PharmD, CDCES).
• Experience leading high-performance sales teams in the medical device industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and motivational clinical leadership for national and regional organizations.
• Lead clinical programs to optimize resources, drive results, and improve patient outcomes.
• Use KPIs to identify opportunities and set clinical objectives per fiscal period.
• Develop and implement AOP, patient retention, training quality, SLAs, and NPS strategies.
• Oversee trainer strategy, quality, compliance, and budget across regions.
