Field Sales & Clinical and will provide strategic direction for regional field clinical activities, delivering a 5-star patient training experience and ensuring adherence to quality assurance KPIs. The role is field-based across the North Central Region, partnering with Regional Sales Directors to drive growth, clinical excellence, and trainer development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in medical device/healthcare program management.
Advanced degree with 3+ years in medical device/healthcare program management.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities with KPIs and set critical clinical objectives.
Develop strategies to achieve business goals (AOP, retention, training quality, SLAs, NPS).
Oversee trainer strategy, quality, compliance & budget at national/regional levels.
Drive clinical transformation to improve patient experience & outcomes.
Collaborate with commercial teams and manage external trainers to support therapy advocacy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insulin products and emerging technologies as SME.
Serve as liaison between field, clinical, commercial, and enabling functions.
