Bwpcanton is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to oversee clinical management across multiple communities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency through training, auditing, and support for Wellness Directors and clinical teams.

The candidate will lead med tech training, perform chart audits, and ensure adherence to clinical policies while staying available for on-call needs and collaborating with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in senior living.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency with clinical management software (QuickMar, Yardi).

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical management staff across multiple communities.
• Orient and train clinical management staff on procedures.
• Conduct med tech training and competency observations.
• Perform chart audits for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare for pre-surveys and surveys; support inspections.
• Monitor infection control practices and fall prevention measures.
• Provide on-call clinical support 24/7.
• Collaborate with regional team to develop clinical policies.
• Update Executive Director and Regional Directors on clinical concerns.
