Apploi in the United States is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our nursing homes in the designated region. The role requires strategic planning, staff development, and strong leadership to ensure safe, compliant care for residents with a focus on quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, at least 5 years in clinical operations management, travel within the region, and a proven track record of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical operations management, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple nursing home facilities within the region.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and quality assurance programs.
• Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, including training and professional development.
• Collaborate with facility administrators and directors of nursing to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess and improve clinical operations.
• Address and resolve any clinical issues or concerns promptly.
