Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Regional Director of Care to lead clinical and care operations across multiple senior living communities, ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

You will guide care leaders and interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered, dignified care; partner with operations to analyze outcomes and improve processes; and optimize staffing and workflows for safe, efficient delivery.
