Job summary

Bwpcanton is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to oversee clinical management across multiple communities. You will train and support Wellness Directors and clinical teams, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Lead med tech training, perform audits, review adherence to policies, and assist during surveys. You will interact with residents and staff to promote outstanding clinical operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in senior living or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical management staff across multiple communities.
• Orient and train staff on best practices and procedures.
• Coordinate med tech training and competency observations.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare for and assist during surveys and inspections.
• Monitor infection control practices and safety protocols.
• Provide 24/7 on-call clinical support as needed.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement clinical policies.
