Job summary

Urology Specialists of the Carolinas is seeking an Associate Regional Clinical Manager to join our growing clinical team. The role focuses on leading multiple clinics, ensuring patient flow and efficient operations while coaching staff and clinic leads to deliver high-quality care.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager to align strategic priorities, manage day-to-day performance, and address patient concerns with a proactive, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations and patient flow optimization.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with real-time problem solving.
• Effective communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, on-site leadership across assigned clinics with a strong and visible presence.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic performance including patient flow, staffing coverage, and schedule optimization.
• Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to clinic leads and staff.
• Act as the point of escalation for patient concerns within the clinic.
• Partner closely with the Regional Manager to execute strategic and operational priorities.
