Job summary

Urology Specialists of the Carolinas is seeking an Associate Regional Clinical Manager to lead on-site across multiple clinics, ensuring efficient patient flow, staffing coverage, and optimized scheduling.

You will coach clinic leads, address patient concerns, and partner with the Regional Manager to execute key priorities, upholding patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations and patient flow optimization.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with real-time problem solving.
• Effective communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, on-site leadership across assigned clinics with a strong and visible presence.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic performance including patient flow, staffing coverage, and schedule optimization.
• Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to clinic leads and staff.
• Act as the point of escalation for patient concerns within the clinic.
• Partner closely with the Regional Manager to execute strategic and operational priorities.

Position Summary
