Job summary

Urology Specialists of the Carolinas seeks an Associate Regional Clinical Manager to lead on-site clinic operations across multiple locations, optimize patient flow, scheduling, and staffing, and support clinic leads with coaching and guidance.

You will escalate patient concerns, partner with the Regional Manager to execute priorities, and bring a patient-centered, performance-driven approach to a fast-paced specialty practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing clinic operations, patient flow, and staff scheduling.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient with EMR systems and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, on-site leadership across assigned clinics with a strong and visible presence
• Oversee day-to-day clinic performance including patient flow, staffing coverage, and schedule optimization
• Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to clinic leads and staff
• Act as the point of escalation for patient concerns within the clinic
• Partner closely with the Regional Manager to execute strategic and operational priorities

Position Summary
