Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent on-site leadership across assigned clinics.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic performance, patient flow, staffing, scheduling.
• Support and coach clinic leads and staff.
• Escalation point for patient concerns within the clinic.
• Partner with Regional Manager to execute priorities.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Regional Clinical Manager to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, on-site leadership across assigned clinics with a strong and visible presence
• Oversee day-to-day clinic performance including patient flow, staffing coverage, and schedule optimization
• Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to clinic leads and staff
• Act as the point of escalation for patient concerns within the clinic
• Partner closely with the Regional Manager to execute strategic and operational priorities
