Job summary

Physicians East in Greenville, NC is seeking a Clinical Services Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned specialties and locations within the practice. Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three or more years of clinical leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ambulatory or multispecialty physician practice experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support for assigned departments and locations.
• Lead Clinical Supervisors and develop clinical leadership.
• Develop and maintain consistent clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor staffing needs across departments and improve staff utilization.
• Partner with Quality and Safety leadership to address clinical risks.
• Represent clinical operations in EHR workflow decisions.
