Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager for the Charlotte Metro Region to oversee four urgent care clinics. The role requires leading clinical staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high patient experience while traveling between sites.

The ideal candidate is an RN/CRNP/PA with leadership experience or a Master’s in healthcare administration, capable of driving culture and managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• RN/CRNP/PA background with leadership experience in healthcare.
• Masters degree or higher in healthcare administration or multisite management.
• Willingness to travel frequently between clinics and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations across four clinics and adherence to policies.
• Lead clinic staff, coordinate schedules, and monitor staffing needs.
• Manage inventory, hiring, coaching, and patient experience.
• Be the on-site leader for clinic operations 7 days a week.
• Drive culture, accountability, and presence throughout clinics.
