Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to lead a Washington team of school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, PTs and mental health clinicians across multiple districts. You will hire, manage, develop staff, and serve as the main contact for school partners.

This is a people‑leadership role reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer. You will coach, set expectations, ensure compliance with IDEA/IEP processes, and travel regionally, including Bremerton, to support services.

Qualifications

• Washington ESA certificate in school psychology active or eligible.
• Minimum 5 years as a school psychologist.
• At least 2 years of people management experience with performance reviews.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (SLP, OT, PT, mental health).
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEP compliance and special education operations.
• Excellent communication with clinicians and district leaders.
• Comfort with technology and data.
• Willingness to travel across the region, including Bremerton.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Washington regional team of clinicians.
• Onboard clinicians and uphold Thrive standards.
• Be primary contact for district and school partners.
• Ensure IEP minutes, make-up sessions, and documentation are current.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and address underperformance.
