Job summary

Cardinal Senior Living in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Regional Clinical Director to lead and improve clinical performance across Pennsylvania communities. This field-based role requires hands-on leadership with LPN/RN experience, coaching directors of wellness, and building repeatable clinical systems.

You will partner with Directors of Wellness, Executive Directors, and Regional Director of Operations to enhance resident care, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance, while traveling about

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of senior living experience.
• Strong knowledge of assessments, care planning, medication management, and documentation.
• Experience coaching or leading nursing teams in a multi-site setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional clinical SME to strengthen resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead development of directors of wellness and frontline clinicians.
• Standardize clinical processes across multiple communities.
• Monitor outcomes, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions.
