Job summary

Cardinal Senior Living seeks a Regional Clinical Director to strengthen clinical performance across Pennsylvania communities. This field-based leadership role requires an LPN or RN with senior living experience who coaches leaders, builds repeatable systems, and reduces risk across the region.

You’ll partner with Directors of Wellness and Operations to improve resident care, standardize processes, and drive regulatory compliance across multiple communities. Company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license for Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2 years of senior living experience.
• Experience coaching, training, or leading nursing or care teams.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen clinical performance across Pennsylvania communities.
• Develop leaders and standardize clinical processes across sites.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions in a multi-site region.
