Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. Regional Clinical Director role in Wisconsin oversees nursing leadership across our skilled nursing facilities. This hands-on position coaches Directors of Nursing, strengthens care practices, and guides facilities through regulatory surveys and compliance.

You will partner with facility leaders, visit locations regularly, review clinical trends, and implement action plans while traveling across the Wisconsin region to ensure consistent, high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license is required.
• Significant nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and survey processes.
• Ability to lead and develop nursing teams across multiple facilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin.

Complete Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across our Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. This hands‑on role is ideal for an experienced clinical leader who can coach Directors of Nursing, strengthen care practices, and help facilities respond to changing needs.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
