Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. This hands‑on role coaches Directors of Nursing, strengthens care practices, and helps facilities respond to changing needs.

You will visit facilities to coach, review clinical trends, and partner with regional operations to build consistent nursing practices. Travel throughout Wisconsin is required to fulfill duties.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license is required.
• Significant nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care; prior Director of Nursing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and survey processes.
• Ability to lead and develop nursing teams across multiple facilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Wisconsin region.
