Job summary
Complete Care Careers seeks a Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. You will partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leaders to improve clinical quality and resident care, providing coaching and support to our facilities.
The role requires an active Wisconsin RN license, extensive leadership in skilled nursing, and willingness to travel regionally to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency in nursing practices across
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license.
- Significant nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care; prior Director of Nursing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and survey processes.
- Ability to lead and develop nursing teams across multiple facilities.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Wisconsin region.
