Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field or doctoral degree in a related field.
• Five years of full-time direct service delivery experience or equivalent.
• Licensed or licensure-eligible in LCSW/LCSW-S, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and mental health service initiatives.
• Provide oversight of data, evaluative tools and survey information.
• Ensure program training stays updated with local/state/federal policy.
• Maintain compliance dashboards and action item tracking.
• Travel and on-call as required; liaison with partners.
