Job summary

Compass Connections in San Antonio, TX seeks a licensed clinical professional to lead clinical and mental health services for youth-focused programs. You will supervise staff, oversee partnerships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with travel as needed. The role requires a doctoral degree in psychology or a related field (or master’s with extensive experience), current license, and experience in diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or Master’s with relevant clinical experience.
• Current clinical license and LPC-S or licensure eligible; First aid/CPR; behavioral health training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community partnerships and ensure viability.
• Provide oversight of data, evaluative tools and surveys.
• Manage clinical and mental health service initiatives and trainings.
• Ensure program training stays updated to policy; maintain dashboards.
