Job summary

Compass Connections in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care, document clinical activities, and ensure safety for the children and families served.

You will work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays, with an emphasis on accurate health documentation and care coordination. An RN license in Texas, fluency in English and Spanish, and at least 1 year of public health or healthcare experience are required; BSN is preferred. Benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience in public health or healthcare settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and maintain compliant documentation.
• Assess, triage, and monitor health conditions; administer vaccines and medications.
• Validate records and ensure timely health-related reporting to oversight entities.
• Coordinate care with clinicians, case managers, and providers; maintain patient confidentiality.
