Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and initiatives for residential services to achieve outcomes on time.
• Respond to site incidents within 24 hours to ensure continuity.
• Collect and analyze program data; develop reports and maintain databases.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting, regulatory, and funding standards.
• Oversee asset management and equipment forecasting.
• Manage technology systems including UAC Portal, Salesforce, SharePoint.
