Jobot is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee quality, operations, and growth across multiple ABA regions. This leader will partner with executives, mentor BCBA Supervisors, and drive de novo expansion across centers and in-home settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCBA-D/LBA preferred.
• 3+ years ABA leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site or multi-state ABA operations.
• Strong KPI management and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional clinical teams.
• Oversee KPIs: utilization, supervision, growth, retention.
• Drive clinical quality and evidence-based ABA services.
• Support de novo expansion and new center launches.
• Collaborate with exec leadership on budget and outcomes.
• Ensure BACB standards compliance.
• Foster mission-driven, collaborative culture.
