Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee clinical quality, operational performance, and growth initiatives across multiple ABA regions. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned BCBA with strong experience in multi-site operations, KPI management, de novo expansion, and team development within both center-based and in-home ABA settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D board certification preferred.
• 3+ years ABA leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-state operations.
• Strong KPI and performance management skills.
• Experience with center-based and in-home ABA models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop BCBA Supervisors and regional clinical teams.
• Oversee regional KPIs including utilization and client growth.
• Drive clinical quality initiatives and ethical ABA service delivery.
• Support de novo expansion, new center launches, and growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budget and operations.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and policies.
