Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in Centennial, CO, is seeking a Clinical Director to lead ABA services across a regional team. The role combines supervision of BCBA/BCaBA mentees, case management, reporting, intake oversight, and program development to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

You will train staff, coordinate with funding sources and schools, attend conferences, and participate in research and data-driven practice. A BCBA certification with 3+ years of leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with 3+ years of experience.
• Prior supervision of other BCBAs preferred.
• Experience designing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Ability to train parents and technicians to implement interventions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBA/BCaBA mentees through in-field and in-office sessions.
• Attend to intake processes and regional client oversight.
• Meet weekly with supervisors/managers to review caseloads.
• Write and edit initial/progress reports for clients.
• Coordinate with schools and funding sources; present services.
