Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee clinical quality, operations, and growth across multiple ABA regions. Ideal candidate is a seasoned BCBA with multi-site leadership, KPI management, and expansion experience in both center-based and in-home settings.

You will mentor BCBA Supervisors and lead regional teams, shaping strategy and ensuring ethical, evidence-based services while partnering with executives to scale nationwide.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCBA-D or LBA credential preferred.
• 3+ years ABA leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-state ABA operations.
• Strong KPI management and OBM skills.
• Experience with center-based and in-home ABA models.

Responsibilities

• Lead BCBA Supervisors, Asst CDs, and regional clinical teams.
• Oversee regional KPIs including utilization, supervision productivity, client growth, retention, and operations.
• Drive clinical quality initiatives and ensure evidence-based ABA services.
• Support de novo expansion, new center launches, and regional growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency, budget performance, and clinical outcomes.
• Develop systems, processes, and improvement plans to optimize regional performance.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards, funding source requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with payors, community partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with audits, training initiatives, CEU development, and leadership development programs.
• Foster a positive, mission-driven culture focused on compassionate care, accountability, and continuous improvement
