Jobot is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a high-quality ABA center. This onsite leadership role offers ownership over clinical quality, staff development, and day-to-day operations while maintaining reasonable billable expectations.

You will mentor BCBAs and RBTs, ensure evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support long-term progress. A strong BCBA background and leadership mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Minimum of 3+ years BCBA experience in a center-based setting.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to lead a team.
• Strong clinical foundation in skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Passion for mentorship and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the clinical and operational performance of a center.
• Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Ensure treatment plans meet best practice standards and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long-term progress.
• Coach and mentor clinicians to elevate performance and clinical quality.
• Partner with leadership to support growth and maintain high standards across the center.
