Step Forward ABA in the United States is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to lead clinical teams, ensure high standards of care, and drive growth across the region. You will supervise BCBAs and BCaBAs, oversee treatment plans, and collaborate with operations to align staffing and processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven practice, compliance with state regulations and payer requirements, and a culture of transparency and respect.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of Virginia Medicaid and insurance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams, IEP meetings, and school-based services (preferred).
• Safety-Care or CPI certification preferred (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and BCaBAs, supporting professional growth and clinical decisions.
• Oversee development, accuracy, and compliance of FBAs, BIPs, and treatment plans with data audits.
• Maintain regular communication with families and support teams to address questions and progress.
• Collaborate with operations for case assignments, onboarding, and team alignment.
• Support hiring, orientation, and mentorship of new team members and clinical interns; lead trainings.
• Participate in staffing audits, productivity tracking, and clinic walkthroughs; ensure region-wide compliance.
