Job summary

Complete Care, a renowned healthcare organization, seeks a Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. You will partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leaders to improve clinical quality and resident care while coaching and guiding teams.

This hands-on role requires an active Wisconsin RN license, extensive nursing leadership in long-term care, and willingness to travel within the Wisconsin region to strengthen nursing practices

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Significant nursing leadership in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Prior Director of Nursing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and survey processes.
• Ability to lead and develop nursing teams across multiple facilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Wisconsin region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leaders to improve clinical quality and resident care.
• Visit facilities regularly to provide coaching, guidance, and support.
• Review clinical trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and help teams put action plans in place.
• Support survey preparation, plans of correction, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Assist facilities during leadership transitions and other periods of increased clinical need.
• Work closely with regional operations and facility teams to build consistent nursing practices.
