Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. The role requires coaching Directors of Nursing, strengthening care practices, and guiding facilities through regulatory updates and surveys.

Travel across the Wisconsin region is required to ensure consistent nursing excellence. You will partner with facility leaders to review clinical trends, develop action plans, and assist during leadership transitions while

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Significant nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care; prior Director of Nursing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and survey processes.

Responsibilities
