Job summary
Complete Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. This hands‑on role coaches Directors of Nursing, strengthens care practices, and helps facilities respond to changing needs.
You will visit facilities to coach, review clinical trends, and partner with regional operations to build consistent nursing practices. Travel throughout Wisconsin is required to fulfill duties.
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license is required.
- Significant nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care; prior Director of Nursing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and survey processes.
- Ability to lead and develop nursing teams across multiple facilities.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Wisconsin region.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leaders to improve clinical quality and resident care.
- Visit facilities regularly to provide coaching, guidance, and support.
- Review clinical trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and help teams put action plans in place.
- Support survey preparation, plans of correction, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Assist facilities during leadership transitions and other periods of increased clinical need.
- Work closely with regional operations and facility teams to build consistent nursing practices.
