Job summary

Empowered Staffing partners with a rapidly expanding senior living company to seek a Director of Clinical Operations for its Milwaukee facility. Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain Wisconsin licensure.
• Significant leadership experience within skilled nursing, long-term care, or high-acuity healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop nursing managers and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Strong communication, judgment, organization, and operational follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facility’s senior clinical leader and provide daily, hands-on support to the nursing management team.

• Provide leadership, coaching, education, and performance guidance to nursing managers and frontline clinical staff.
