Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Manager to lead the regional Clinical Contracts team, overseeing CTAs, investigator agreements, confidentiality agreements, and related contracts to ensure on-time, compliant execution across regions.

You will partner with Clinical Operations and CBO to improve site contract budgets, align them with fair market value, and drive process improvements while guiding the team with strong negotiation, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; JD highly preferred or 8+ years of outstanding experience managing and negotiating clinical trial agreements and budgets.
• Experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Good knowledge of ICH-GCP, pharmaceutical regulations and laws; understanding of clinical trial contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Functional line management of the regional based Clinical Contracts team and provide feedback for development.
• Signatory authority for Investigator Contracts as authorized by Legal and Tax.
• Negotiate Clinical Site budgets within Fair Market Value and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and CBO to improve site contract metrics and processes.
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures related to site contracts.
