Job summary
BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional Trial Support professional in the United States. The role supports the Regional Clinical Study Manager in regional study delivery, collaborates with CRAs, SSUSs, and global teams, and helps maintain study documentation across CTMS/eTMF systems.
The candidate should have a scientific or healthcare background and 1+ years of clinical research experience, with strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience in biotech, pharma or CRO.
- Knowledge of clinical operations methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supports Regional Clinical Study Manager in regional study delivery within timelines and budget.
- Coordinates with CRAs and SSUSs on CTMS updates, document collection and ISF binder prep.
- Assists in country study delivery and TMF creation/maintenance at country level.
- Collaborates with regional stakeholders and supports investigator meetings and regional team activities.
- Might support monitoring visit prep, regulatory submissions, and TMF quality checks.
