Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Regional Clinical Operations Lead to drive regional study delivery and lead the regional operations team. You will coordinate external partners, ensure inspection readiness, and align regional goals with global study strategies.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive experience in clinical research or biotech/pharma/CRO
Experience as team lead in clinical operations
CRA experience preferred

Responsibilities

Leads regional clinical operations team and external vendors.
Ensures on-time regional study deliverables within budget.
Maintains inspection readiness and regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP).
Oversees site start-up, country allocation and site selection in the region.
Manages TMF quality and regional data collection processes.
Collaborates with CST and other stakeholders to share learnings.
