Job summary

BeOne is seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Operations Lead to manage the regional study delivery, timelines, and budget within our global oncology program, based in Cambridge, MA.

You will lead the regional clinical operations team and external vendors, coordinate with feasibility, country heads, and Medical Affairs, ensure inspection readiness, site selection, TMF QC, and timely submissions while maintaining study quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive clinical research experience in biotech, pharma or CRO.
• Proven experience leading clinical functions within a study team.
• CRA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical operations team and external vendors for the assigned study.
• Provide regular updates on study progress to regional and Global Clinical Study Managers.
• Ensure regional submission, regulatory readiness, and TMF QC.
• Collaborate with CST members and country heads to drive feasibility, site selection and risk mitigation.
