NYU Langone Health seeks a Clinical Access Center Liaison (FGP) to serve as the primary link among Faculty Group Practice Clinical Operations, the Clinical Access Center, the Patient Access Center and the FGP corporate office. The role drives initiatives, monitors performance, gathers feedback, and strengthens collaboration to improve patient access and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and graduate of accredited LPN Program.
• MBA or MPH required with a minimum of 2-4 years in a clinical practice setting.
• Onsite presence in NYU Langone practices throughout the network notably in Long Island and Manhattan.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Epic Ambulatory systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact between practice operations and the Clinical Access Center.
• Collaborate with management and leadership to support cross-team initiatives.
• Identify feedback and learning opportunities for QA/Training teams.
• Stay current on Clinical Access Center guidelines and workflows.
• Engage with practices and physicians to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Monitor practice escalations and ensure timely responses and interventions.
• Create and manage reporting on performance, productivity, and focus areas.
• Assist in onboarding and debrief calls with practice leadership.
