Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1-2 years in improvement programs, problem solving, time management, and prioritization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing analysis of Press Ganey data and patient comments to identify trends.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to interpret insights and implement targeted solutions.
• Report on metrics and site-specific goals tied to patient experience and KPIs.
• Monitor workflows to identify inefficiencies and partner on improvements.
• Act as liaison across departments to address systemic issues and improve patient journeys.
