Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing analysis of patient feedback data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to interpret insights and implement targeted solutions.
• Report on metrics and goals related to patient experience and operational KPIs.
• Facilitate forums with practice leaders to review feedback and drive accountability.
• Promote continuous improvement and serve as a cross-functional SME across departments.
