Job summary

NYU Langone Florida in West Palm Beach is seeking an Ambulatory Practice Liaison to connect patients, frontline teams, and leadership, translating feedback into meaningful action aligned with FGP priorities.

You will analyze Press Ganey data, interpret insights with practice leaders, drive improvements in scheduling, access, and patient communication, and promote the FGP CARES service model across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years improving programs or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Press Ganey data and patient comments to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Monitor patient experience metrics and KPIs across sites.
• Support real-time coaching and promote the CARES service model.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve patient journeys.
