Job summary

NYU Langone Florida is seeking an Ambulatory Practice Liaison to connect patients, frontline teams, and leadership, translating feedback into action aligned with FGP priorities. The role focuses on continuous improvement using Press Ganey data, staff input, and operational data across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 1–2 years in improvement programs or related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing analysis of Press Ganey data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative insights with practice leadership and implement targeted solutions.
• Report on site metrics and goals tied to patient experience, access, and KPIs.
• Monitor workflows to identify inefficiencies and partner on improvements.
