Job summary

Community Clinic in Arkansas seeks a Practice Manager to oversee primary care clinics in the Arkansas River Valley. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, patient flow, and enforcing operational standards across sites.

You will supervise clinic staff, manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance, and partner with leaders to align priorities and build a unified regional team. This role requires HIPAA compliance, budget oversight, supply management, and coordination with IT,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Practice or Clinic Management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree or more in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned clinic locations.
• Standardize workflows and ensure compliance across sites.
• Hire, train, and manage clinic staff; monitor performance.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and cross-site coverage.
• Monitor site performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and vendor relations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient experience standards.
