Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years medical office/clinic supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and have excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and basic HR practices including payroll and personnel records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional leadership to the clinic by acutely managing administrative functions and staff.
• Support operations team in human resources management and staff development.
• Management levels are determined by span of control, complexity and throughput as defined by Administration.
