Job summary

VIPCARE in Florida seeks a Regional Practice Manager to oversee operations for multiple clinics, delivering 5‑Star Service and guiding physicians and care teams to uphold patient care standards.

You will report to the Senior Regional Manager and drive recruiting, staff development, and process improvements across the region, ensuring strong performance metrics and a culture of collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience within a healthcare or clinical management setting.
• Direct management of teams and communication with physicians.
• Experience building and cultivating clinic teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a platform of people, processes, and technology to deliver on our culture and purpose.
• Design and implement solutions for clinic operations.
• Project manage clinic acquisitions, moves, and openings within the region.
• Provide up-to-date reporting of metrics and solve challenges with clinic leadership.
• Coach and drive the team to meet and exceed goals.
• Coordinate resources to set goals and manage Quality and STARS programs.
