Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a Clinic Area Lead to bring the company’s operating model to life across Florida clinics. You’ll own regional performance end-to-end, scale patient experience, and work with leadership to ensure high-quality care in a rapidly growing multi-site environment.

You will lead local adoption of playbooks, coach clinic leads, and align with central teams to adapt processes for Florida while maintaining global standards. This role is onsite in Florida as the network expands.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership in a multi-site premium healthcare-adjacent setting.
• Proven ability to embed operating models, playbooks, and standards across locations.
• Strong leadership of site leaders with culture-building and accountability.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality/compliance focus.
• Financial/operational acumen with regional KPI and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Embed operating model across Florida clinics with consistent execution.
• Lead local adoption of playbooks while respecting local regulations.
• Develop clinic leadership through coaching and clear expectations.
• Ensure readiness for new clinic openings with training and go-live ownership.
• Establish performance rhythms, metrics, and feedback loops.
• Partner with Country Leader and central teams to adapt models locally.
• Oversee clinic experience, service standards, and ambiance.
• Drive medical quality and compliance with Lead Doctors.
• Own regional KPIs and full P&L accountability.
• Guide regional workforce planning and staffing models.
