Job summary

VIPCARE in Ocala, FL is seeking a Regional Practice Manager to lead multiple clinics and deliver 5-star patient service. This role oversees operations, guides physicians and care teams, and ensures top-tier care standards across the region.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage clinic performance, and collaborate with executive leaders to advance VIPCARE’s mission of Better Care, Better Outcomes, Better Health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within a healthcare or clinical management setting.
• Direct management of teams and communication with physicians.
• Experience building and cultivating clinic teams.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office for real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a successful platform of people, processes, and technology to deliver on our culture and purpose.
• Coordinate resources and departments to set goals and drive Quality and STARS Program for each office.
• Lead Care Coordination efforts in conjunction with Health Services to work proactive outreach lists.
• Recruit, develop, train, and motivate a best-in-class care team.
• Onboard new team members with orientation to VIPCARE culture and monitor training programs.
