Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical management.
• Direct management of teams and communication with physicians.
• Experience building and cultivating clinic teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office for real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead operations across multiple clinics within a designated region.
• Guide physicians and care teams to maintain high patient care and operational standards.
• Oversee clinic acquisitions, moves, and openings within the region.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and solve challenges with teams.
