Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations for a growing nationwide portfolio of outpatient clinics. You will lead vendor management, preventive maintenance, new clinic openings, and budget control while ensuring safety, reliability, and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility management with portfolio of 50+ locations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years utilizing facility management platforms for day-to-day ticket and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities operations for a growing nationwide portfolio of 60+ clinics.
• Manage service providers, work orders, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and budgets.
• Coordinate facilities readiness for new clinic openings; ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor vendor performance via SLAs, budgets, and quarterly reviews.
• Develop and manage facilities budgets, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and life-safety compliance across assigned clinics.
