United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations for a growing nationwide portfolio of outpatient clinics. You will coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and ensure safe, reliable environments for patients and staff.

The role emphasizes minimizing downtime, optimizing facilities workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support new openings and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facility management with portfolio oversight.
• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or facilities management.
• Experience using facility management platforms for tickets and vendor mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities operations for 60+ outpatient clinics nationwide.
• Manage service providers, work orders, preventive maintenance, and budgets.
• Coordinate new clinic openings and lease/warranty obligations.
• Monitor vendor performance through SLAs and quarterly reviews.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable patient environments.
